No matter what your fitness needs are, we’re here to help you make big changes in your training, and in your life. Our Personal Trainers are professionals in their field; have decades of movement experience; and years of understanding of the body. Their approach to fitness is not only through science, but also through dance, using cues and approaches to achieving movement postures and coordinations that you would only experience from someone with an artistic background.

Work on a focused and personalized program, refine your lifts, Improve performance, improve your cardiovascular capacity, build lean muscle mass, or simply build a habit out of going to the gym, be held accountable, and make some serious gains!Personal training is tailored to your personal goals, zone in and see what’s possible. We recommend that clients train at least 2x a week with a personal trainer.

Are you having trouble getting the results you want? Working out all the time, but not able to hit that performance goal? Or are you someone that just prefers to work out alone? We’ve got you. Purchase a personalized, periodized program designed for your goals. Choose the number of days a week you’d like to train (2-5 days per week). Stick to it for 4 weeks, then we will change it up, to keep your body adapting.

Are you ready to shift your focus onto your fitness goals?! Small group training is the perfect step between personal training and group classes- offered at a discounted price. Train in a small group of up to 4 students maximum, with a personal trainer. In your classes, you will work on a set program every 6 weeks. By utilizing progressive overload and mastering proper form, you will see an improvement in your strength and endurance. Repetition is key to building a strong and lean body.
Upgrade any 6 or 12 month membership to a plus membership, and gain access to 2 small group training classes per week. Small groups are limited to 4 students
