Taryn began dancing at the age of three and has loved it ever since. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance at Toronto Metropolitan University and graduated from Etobicoke School of the Arts with a major in Ballet and Modern dance.
She has trained in many forms of dance but especially enjoys Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Acro and modern. Over the years, Taryn has been recognized by numerous Competitions, Conventions and Workshops, for strong technique and storytelling. She had performed in numerous shows and fundraisers across the GTA. Taryn is passionate about versatility in dance and dance education. Above all, Taryn is curious about movement and where movement becomes art.
In Taryn’s class, she values each dancer’s natural movement patterns and interests. She builds dance fundamentals while giving dancer’s the opportunity to adjust it to their personal needs. Taryn strives for each dancer to feel welcome and appreciated in her space.
