Elite Athlete Training Program

Coach Arash, Toronto Lords Program Director in partnership with the Cornerstone Studio Gym are excited to offer a summer training program that will help athletes maximize their potential throughout the spring-summer season.

Starting this June, we are offering monthly training sessions. Athletes have the choice of training in 1 or 2 sessions a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:30

This General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation for athletes of all sports and competition levels. The program will focus on:

  • Ankle, foot, hip, and shoulder mobility
  • Introductory plyometric and jump training
  • Strength and hypertrophy training for beginner and intermediate athletes
  • Vertical jump and velocity testing using OVR
  • Core and trunk stability training

The goal of this training is to give athletes “armour” for their sport by improving movement quality, building strength, reducing injury risk, and increasing overall athletic performance.

Whether athletes compete in team sports or individual events, this program is designed to help them move better, become stronger, and develop long-term athletic potential.

2026 Summer Program

June Tuesday Session: 5 weeks, $110 + HST,
June Thursday Session: 4 weeks, $88 + HST
July Tuesday Session: 4 weeks, $88 + HST,
July Thursday Session: 5 weeks, $110 + HST
August Tuesday Session: 4 weeks, $88 + HST
August Thursday Session: 4 weeks, $88 + HST

Registration Details:
– Enrolment in our summer program will be auto renewed from June to July and July to August.
– To Cancel your enrolment, please email info@cornerstone studio with 10 days notice, prior to the next payment (June 20th, July 21st)
– Payments are charged to the credit card on file at the time of enrolment and then on July 1st and August 1st.

Multi Session Discount:
– A 5% discount on the total registration fees will be applied to athletes that enrol in both the Tuesday and Thursday sessions.
